Once a deal is finalized and the client is ready to proceed, a mandatory 60% advance payment of the total project amount must be submitted. Fixed project work officially commences from Day 1 immediately following payment submission.

Clients receive real-time updates regarding project completion stages and daily workflow progress. Please note that any additional features, modules, or design changes requested midway through the project development may increase your total budget accordingly.

For paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads), we charge an industry-standard 18% management fee on your total ad budget. For regular or existing long-term clients, customized monthly retainer charges apply based on specific goals, geographic location, and target audience parameters.
